The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ for the resolution of consumer disputes. Robinson Club GmbH is not currently participating in this voluntary alternative dispute resolution process. For this reason, the ODR platform cannot be used by our customers.
